This course covers the examination of the peripheral joints of the body. The course will allow the students to examine these joints and deal with most of the injuries that are associated with these joints.
The body systems are also covered so that you can determine whether the patients you deal with are suitable for physical therapy treatment or if they need to be referred for further investigation.
Massage also plays a big part for the Remedial Massage Therapist. All massage techniques are taught to the student on the Remedial Massage Course.
This course is part two of the Remedial Massage Diploma. It completes the examination of the peripheral joints of the body and treatment plans for injuries that are associated with these joints. The course completes the student training in Electro Therapy and begins the students tuition in Radiography in which students are taught how to interpret x-rays to help enhance the rate of recovery for patient’s injuries.
Peripheral joint manipulation plays a major part of this course and students are taught how, where and when to adjust the peripheral joints and how manipulations can be effective as a part of the treatment plan for their patients.
Finally a course that offers everything a therapist needs to know to be able to properly assess and treat patients. I’ve been doing courses in Physical Therapy and related subjects for over 10 years in various colleges in Ireland and none compare to the Irish Institute of Physical Therapy. The tutors are to be commended for their work and motivation. In my opinion if your serious about helping patients you need to train at the I.I.P.T.
